Milio Terms of Service

Effective date: June 8, 2026

Welcome to Milio. By accessing our website, installing our Chrome extensions and modules under the Milio ecosystem, or utilizing any of our workspace tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please stop using the website, disconnect your account, and uninstall the browser extensions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued usage constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

2. User Account and Security

To access cross-device workspace sync and cloud backups, you must register for an account using Supabase Auth. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions taken under your account session.

3. Extension Module and Browser Extension Regulations

Our Chrome extension modules and tools operate to support workflow efficiency and browser optimization features:

  • Data Storage: Depending on the specific module, data may be stored locally within your browser storage or synced to the cloud. Specific modules will declare their data handling behavior in their respective listings or settings panels.
  • Cloud Sync: When cloud features are active, account configurations will be securely transmitted.
  • Supplemental Terms: Certain modules may be subject to additional, module-specific terms and conditions provided at the point of installation or inside the module details.

4. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, trademarks, logos, and website layouts are the intellectual property of Milio or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the extensions for personal or internal business workflows.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Milio services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties that the service will be continuous, error-free, or entirely secure. In no event will Milio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from browser crash data losses.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Milio is incorporated, without regard to conflicts of law rules.
