1. Data The Extensions Handle

Milio's Chrome extensions and modules process various types of data depending on their active features to deliver workspace productivity and synchronization:

• User configurations and settings (e.g., save intervals, domain filters).
• Module-specific session data (e.g., active workspace metadata, draft entries, price alert thresholds, or highlighted notes).
• Account identifier details for optional cloud synchronization features.

Detailed data handling behaviors are fully declared within the individual Privacy Policy of each extension, available on their respective store pages or in-app documentation.

2. Storage and Security

By default, our extension modules commit data locally to your browser profile. Specific modules utilize cryptographic local wrappers or zero-knowledge client-side encryption before cloud sync, ensuring maximum privacy controls.

3. Data Sharing Policies

• Zero Data Selling: We never sell, lease, transfer, or distribute your saved data to advertisers or third parties.
• Zero Automatic Transmission: In standalone mode, your inputs never leave your computer.
• Zero-knowledge Sync: If you use Milio Cloud Workspace Sync, drafts are encrypted client-side using zero-knowledge protocols before transmitting to our secure Supabase database.

4. Your Controls & Deletion Rights

You maintain full ownership and control over your records. You can delete items or wipe cache registries instantly via each extension's settings page, popup menu, or your Milio account dashboard.

5. Extension Chrome Permissions

Each extension requests only the minimum necessary API permissions to carry out its functions (such as storage for settings or tab interaction host permissions). Detailed permission listings are published transparently on their Chrome Web Store details pages.
